I'm Chris

I have coached for almost fourteen years, but fitness only became my career after I walked away from my life as an engineer. I felt lost, overwhelmed and unsure of who I was becoming.

Training changed everything. It gave me confidence, structure and the mental clarity I had been missing. As someone with ADHD who naturally overthinks and burns out fast, I learned the hard way how much easier progress becomes when your plan actually suits your brain.

Becoming a dad pushed that lesson even deeper. I wanted to be stronger, healthier and more present for him and for myself.

Now I help busy brain adults do the same.

I coach people who think fast, feel deeply and often struggle with routine. People who want to feel strong, capable and confident again but need a system that fits their life and their mind.
