Don’t waste more time because you got “bored”.
Jumping into a new program is like a Labrador chasing a squirrel.. You’re chasing that dopamine hit.
This time, you're building a system that adapts to your brain.. Not fighting it

"I’ve tried loads of plans before, but this isn't just another plan, this system finally worked with my brain and my life. Giving me the confidence and freedom I wanted whilst still achieving my goals"
I work exclusively with ADHD/neurodivergent adults who've failed 3+ programs.
Here's why yours collapsed...
Every failed attempt doesn't just waste time.
Those failed attempts reinforce the belief that YOU are the problem,
not the plan.
That blow sets you back further than you realise.
Making it even harder to stick to the next plan.
Your confidence erodes further, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be grows wider.

You don’t need to do more. You need a system that adapts when your life or brain gets busy.

KICKSTART your routine. Learn how to recognise burnout early and adjust instead of quitting.

Build a system that works on low energy days, busy weeks, and imperfect routines. So you're in control of your goals around your life.

Learn how to dial things up or down without guilt so progress continues even when motivation drops.

“I finally have a way to adjust my plan without feeling like I’d messed everything up, and I'm no longer constantly second-guessing myself.”

"Thanks to Chris, I feel stronger, more confident, and motivated to keep progressing. Highly recommend him to anyone serious about making a positive change!"

"Since starting with Chris and following a programmed plan, it has helped to eliminate the guess work and focus on my nutrition and fitness."

"Chris's coaching is both educational and enjoyable. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight I've learned how to keep it off, allowing me to enjoy more of my life"

Hi, I'm Chris 👋🏼
I, like most people I work with, used to struggle with consistency too, trying to manage my life, fitness and ADHD.
Every plan followed relied on intensity and motivation to work.
Going all in, feeling great for a few weeks, then life would get busy and everything would fall apart.
I tried doing more, being stricter & pushing harder.
None of it fixed the cycle. Most of the time it got worse.
BUT..
What actually changed things was learning how to build a system that adapts when energy, focus, and life fluctuate, instead of collapsing.
Once I stopped treating fitness like a pass or fail test, progress finally became sustainable.
This free 7 day kickstart is designed to help you break that cycle and build something you can actually stick to.

This kickstart is designed for people who feel like their brain is both their biggest strength and their biggest obstacle.
I built it around my own experience with ADHD, but it’s just as relevant for anyone who feels tired, overwhelmed, struggles with consistency, overthinks, or gets in their own way when life gets busy.
If you tend to:
Go all in when motivation is high
Lose momentum when routine changes
Beat yourself up for falling off
Feel like you know what to do but can’t stick to it
Then this will feel very familiar.
You don’t need an ADHD diagnosis for this to work. The system is built for real humans with real lives, fluctuating energy, and busy brains.
Over the 7 days, you’ll be guided through short daily lessons and simple actions designed to help you regain control and build consistency without burnout.
Nothing extreme.
Nothing time-heavy.
No pressure to be perfect.
The only thing I ask is that you show up as you are and give it an honest go. Missing a day doesn’t mean you’ve failed. You’ll learn how to adjust instead of quitting.
This kickstart is free because it gives you the space to experience how this approach works before deciding what you want to do next.
Some people will continue on their own using what they learn. Others may want more support later. Either way, the 7 days stand on their own and you’re not obligated to anything beyond that.
